REFUND POLICY


Returns


In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our products, you may return any item within 30 days of confirmed receipt from your order delivery for a full refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For any exchanges, we will ship out the exchange upon receiving the new item. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For returns, a refund, minus shipping cost fees if any, is issued once we receive the items or a tracking number to confirm the returned items.

Items that have been used and without their packaging cannot be accepted unless the item was faulty upon receipt. Exceptions are made if the wrong order is received, or if the product is defective. If you think you received the wrong order or defective good, please email us within 15 days of receipt matching your delivery note. Email us the issue along with clear photos.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation


Orders can't be altered or canceled after they have been submitted. Please make sure all your information is correct before completing the order. Pre-order items may be canceled by contacting us up until a day prior to the item's shipping date.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that are suspected of fraud or abuse our Terms & Conditions. If your order is on hold due to invalid billing or shipping info, we'll attempt to contact you. The order will be canceled if we don't hear back from you within 3 business days.

Quality

Our quality teams in our production facilities look over every inch of our products and other items for imperfections before its packaged. Occasionally a problem may be overlooked or hidden, and we are more than happy to make it right.

If an item is received that is incorrect please send us a photo of the item received via email to [email protected]re.com within 3 days with as much detail as possible, size received, size ordered, design order what was received, and we will reply back to you within 2-3 working days with next steps. Do not send back the item without having a discussion with us first as return postage will not be reimbursed without prior approval.

Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund, minus shipping cost fees if any, within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days.)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
